Booking Policy

This policy explains how booking works for programs, sessions, trainings, and retreats offered by Jivan Parivartan, Tarkeshwor-5, Kathmandu, Nepal. For cancellations and refunds, see our Refund Policy.

How booking works

  1. Send your application through the program page, contact form, or WhatsApp.
  2. We confirm availability and details within 24 hours.
  3. For trainings and retreats, a 25% deposit secures your seat.
  4. Healing sessions require no deposit, simply book a time.

Deposits and payment

  • Prices are stated in US dollars and cover exactly what is listed under “Included in Price” on each program page.
  • The 25% deposit confirms your place; the balance is due on arrival, payable in USD cash, Nepali rupees, or bank transfer.
  • We do not store payment card details. Payments are made in person or through established payment providers.
  • The Himalayan Luxury Retreat is an exception: because it involves domestic flights, permits, and lodge bookings, its deposit is 40%. See the Refund Policy for its full terms.

Confirmation

A booking is confirmed once we have acknowledged it in writing (email or WhatsApp) and, for trainings and retreats, once the deposit is received. Program places are limited and allocated in order of confirmed booking.

Changing your booking

Plans change, and we try to be flexible. If you need to move to a later cohort or reschedule a session, tell us as early as you can and we will do our best to help. The specific windows, fees, and transfer options are set out in our Refund Policy.
