Morning Online Meditation, the way it was passed down

There is a simple truth to a good day: it usually starts with a good morning. This is a short, steady window of quiet before the world gets loud, guided live so you never have to figure it out alone.

People come here because something in their life is asking for quiet., The teachers of Jivan Parivartan

Why practise with a live global community

Meditating alongside other people, in real time, changes the experience. A recording can teach you a technique, but a live session holds you to it: there is a teacher watching, a room full of quiet company, and a shared start time that gently keeps you accountable.

Our community spans the globe. People log in from different cities and time zones to share the same two hours of stillness, and that sense of practising together is often what turns a good intention into a genuine daily habit. You are never sitting alone, even when you are sitting at home. And if life gets in the way and you miss a morning, recordings are there so you can catch up and stay in rhythm.

  • Join from anywhere on Zoom or Google Meet, all you need is a quiet space
  • Live guidance from expert teachers, step by step, never a recording
  • Recordings available if you miss a morning
  • Phone, tablet, laptop or desktop, whatever is closest
  • Come daily or on the days that fit your life

The techniques you will be guided through

The techniques you will be guided through

Across the week you are guided through a well-rounded set of meditation techniques, the same foundations practitioners return to for a lifetime. You do not need to master them beforehand. You learn them by doing, morning by morning, with a teacher guiding each step.

  • Breath awareness: settling the mind by following the natural rhythm of the breath
  • Body scan: moving attention gently through the body to release tension
  • Mantra repetition: using sound and repetition to steady and focus the mind
  • Visualization: guided imagery to calm, centre and direct the mind
  • Loving-kindness (metta): cultivating warmth and goodwill toward yourself and others
  • Chakra meditation: bringing awareness and balance to the body's energy centres

Three ways to join, whichever fits your week

Pricing is kept flexible so the practice fits your life rather than the other way around. Because the right option depends on how often you would like to sit with us, we share current rates when you get in touch, and help you pick.

  • Per session: drop in on the mornings that suit you, with no commitment
  • Weekly: a full week of techniques, live guidance every morning
  • Monthly: for building a real daily habit, with recordings for the mornings you miss
  • Every option includes the live session, the daily focus, and recordings

Ready to step away from the noise?

Reserve your place at Jivan Parivartan, limited places, and a real person replies within a few hours.

Maybe one of these sounds familiar

You want to go deeper

You've practised for a while, and you're ready for something more committed than a drop-in class.

You want the real tradition

Not a quick certificate, the authentic Himalayan lineage, taught the way it was passed down.

You want to step away

A proper reset, away from the noise, where you can give this your full attention.

You're not sure you're “ready”

Most people who come to us feel exactly this. Readiness is what the experience builds.

…you've never done this before

Most of our guests haven't. There's no right way to begin, showing up is the whole first step.

…you're travelling solo

Many people come alone and leave with friends. You'll be warmly looked after from arrival to departure.

…you're nervous or unsure

That's normal, and welcome. Tell us how you feel and we'll meet you exactly where you are.

…you don't consider yourself “spiritual”

You don't need to believe anything. Come as you are; the practice does the work.

If any of this is you, you're in the right place. You show up as you are, and we guide the rest.

This retreat is not for everyone

We keep groups small and the experience quiet, so it matters that it's right for you. Read both lists, they're equally true.

Come if…

  • You're carrying more than you can hear yourself think through, and you know it.
  • You want real practice with real teachers, not a spa itinerary with a meditation slot.
  • You value comfort, good beds, good food, hot water, but you're not coming for the comfort.
  • You're a beginner. Truly. Most of our guests are.
  • You're travelling alone and want somewhere it's safe to arrive as yourself.

Perhaps not, if…

  • You're looking for a trekking holiday, the walking here is gentle and short by design.
  • You want nightlife, wifi-first days, or a packed sightseeing schedule.
  • You need every hour planned, this retreat deliberately leaves space empty.
  • You'd rather observe than participate. It works because you sit, walk, and sing with us.

Questions, answered simply

Every day, Monday through Sunday, from 6:00 to 8:00 AM Nepal Time. You are welcome to join every morning or just the days that fit your schedule.

Ready when you are.

Send us a day and time that suits you. A real person replies, usually within a few hours, and we'll hold your place.
